This is a limited edition official collection issued by the British postal service Royal Mail to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Rolling Stones.
The silver medal has a beautiful mirror finish that contrasts with the multi-colored tongue and lips motif used as a trademark of the Rolling Stones' Forty Licks Tour.
The reverse side of the medal features an embossed detail showing the name of the tour.
The miniature Rolling Stones sheet is affixed to a custom-made envelope inspired by the multi-colored lip and tongue emblem.
On the reverse side are the dates and venues of the Forty Licks Tour.
The stamp is cancelled with a special edition LICKS handstamp, and Twickenham, the location of the postmark, represents the dates of their first UK tour.
The information card carrying the medal features photos of the band in action, a dramatic stage design, and the set list for the first night.
