🔹 General Policy (International Orders)
Due to the nature of international shipping, all sales are considered final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective items or incorrect delivery.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted via our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
1. Defective Items or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered:

We will replace the item at no additional cost, including return shipping, or

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Original packaging must be retained
2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

Incorrect size or fit

Differences in color or appearance due to monitor/display settings
All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged

Items not purchased directly from PGSFUN

Lucky bags / grab bags

Outlet and sale items

Made-to-order or limited-edition items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
🔹 Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and other customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
